Let's start with check-in, surprise parking fee of $10 per day. It was open parking and not near the city. There was no reason to charge for parking. Next the room, must have been the worse one on the floor. Every piece of trim, tile, and doors damaged or loose. Beds stained on the mattress. Curtains falling down. The best part was the AC, gotta say it was ice cold. Breakfast and service did not even try. Breakfast juice machine broken the 4 days. Waffle batter came out tan and then grey. Bag of premade Eggs were left out in the prep room for at least an hour. Ice machine down. The last night of the stay we were greeted to a nice salute of gun shots at 10:30. While the employees did help when asked, they were just there for a paycheck. Glad this stay there is over and sadly we will not be back.

I get that Comfort Suites doesn’t attract the most high end clientele but this one Ian pretty bad. Bathroom vanity was replaced with a tiny single sink and had no toilet paper holder, no tissues, luke warm water. Sofa was dirty. Curtains dirty. Desk chair broken. Overall all the room was very poor. Breakfast stunk. Ice cold eggs and just about out of every item by 7am. AC in the halls wasn’t on. Temp was very warm walking to and from our room. Absolutely will not stay here again.

Nice hotel, nice rooms and nice staff. Only took 1 star off cleanliness because the pool was really cloudy so it probably isn’t the cleanest. Breakfast was good just wish there were maybe a few more options. Would stay here again.

It was horrible i slipped and fell in the entrance the floor was soak and wet and i hurt myself really bad the property lied they didnt exstend my stay because i told them u needed to push my reservation back a day to sunfmday and i didnt come in thursday he said he woukd but he marked me as a no shoe and kept my money. They keep charging my card for money that shouldnt be charged and i had to block the comfort suites. The lights in the room where broken they closed pool and breakast never told us when it was over or the time it closed. The gm byron lied and i sliped cause they didnt mop the floor up in the entrance.
