This hotel has a lot of potential. The room was spacious and well laid out, with a separate bedroom and living area—each with its own TV, which was a thoughtful touch and made our stay more comfortable. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room nice and cool. It is a bit louder than what I’ve experienced in other hotels, and you can hear some condensation dripping when it's on, but it’s nothing that seriously affected our comfort.
One area that could really benefit from attention is the bathroom. The sink faucet spins loosely, the tub faucet feels unstable and seems like it could pull away from the wall, and the shower mixer needs to be turned extra tightly to fully stop the water from dripping. Addressing these issues could not only improve the guest experience but also help the property reduce water waste and operate more sustainably.
On a positive note, we really appreciated that the room was set up with four towels for our group of four—something that many hotels often overlook. It's a small detail, but it made a great first impression and showed attention to guest needs.
With just a few improvements, this property has the potential to become a truly standout stay
