So-so
Satisfactory for a quick stop over. Close to 401 and lots of fast food choices. Room was clean and had what we needed. Down sides, no blackout curtains, sheer white drapes with a parking lot light shining right in the window. Also no closed caption option on the TV we had go to front desk to get working.

ONLY the shower was accessible!
Stayed in a room with an accessible shower - but the rest of the room was not accessible (space between beds was too narrow for my Mum’s walker). Also, only one chair in the room when photos showed a couch. Shower also poor design - so you have a shower & the floor of the entire bathroom gets wet. Water pressure was also very low! Also there on a hockey tournament night & kids were running around yelling & screaming - staff didn’t seem to do anything.

I am writing this letter in hopes of bringing respect back to hockey. Not only on the ice but also off the ice well visiting other towns. I recently tried to take a night away after a busy week and high stress. Upon arriving at the holiday in on Benson Street in kingston I was met with loud chaos, many children running around unsupervised from ages 4 to 12 Parents openly drinking and walking around the halls openly treating it as their home, not somewhere they were a guest. We noticed this behavior and still retreated to our room in hopes that eventually it would die down. This, in fact, did not happen all night.We listened to slamming of doors in and out of the rooms. Very loud adults fueled by alcohol. A very early wake up with slamming doors bags rolling down the hallway? Children and adults Running back and forth and parents with little patience because of the amount they had to drink the night before and the lack of sleep. Parents not properly watching their children in the hot tub to the point that there was an apple in the hot tub basket. When trying to approach the family's to ask them if they would be able to tame their behavior down outside of our door as we were trying to relax.We were met with nothing but a no care attitude. I can totally understand the excitement and that this is a very very busy time for all families. But at the end of the day this mentality that they mattered more than anyone else in the building was absolutely shameful. At the end

Good stay just requires few accessible upgrades!
parking lot of the hotel requires more Handicapped Parking and the accessible showers should have the seats/benches replaced in the accessible rooms or have a portable bath/shower chairs for patron use. Rear door should also have a handicapped accessible door with card reader closer to the door coming in from the back parking area. Staff were very helpful, professional, polite and friendly

So so great
We were given an adjoining room without being asked if this was ok. We barely slept because it was so loud. We were charged for parking and we didnt have a car and indicated this when we arrived. The thermostat in our room didnt work
