The Marriott Residence Inn oversold my prepaid one bedroom Suite and downgraded me to as standard room-causing my grand daughters to stay elsewhere. Expedia customer was WORTHLESS and, after 45 minutes on the phone talking with at least three different people—I had to hang up and go to a meeting before they could transfer me to another agent. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER service with NO RESOLUTION in sight. You will NEVER handle my travel arrangements in the future!
