Very bad overall.
First. They only send emails in german. Impossible to do online check-in in English. We don't feel welcomed. Email is not clear if we are on premium building or business building.
They gave me room 143 and told me it was on 4th floor. It was not.
Room is ugly and soulless. The pillows are too small and they only have 2.
My key card stopped working. Had to ask reception to reactivate it. No dental kit, or any kit.
All of that for only one night. Wouldn't come back
