The staff was very attentive even before we arrived at the hotel. They actively answered the phone, provided directions and helped with our arrival. A gem in CDMX. Within walking distance to the Angel de la Independencia, Zona Rosa and line 7 Metrobus that runs along avenida La Reforma. Many excellent dinning options in the area, walking is safe and neighborhood is upscale. The rooms are beautiful and very spacious, bed is super comfortable, with small well equipped kitchen, and spacious bathroom. The property also has an amazing terrace with tables, sunshades and chairs, bar and jacuzzi and also offer a varied food menu. Staff is very friendly and accomodating. I would definitely consider a rebooking for a next trip.
