very very bad room and bad experience

When we arrived in HOTEL ROMA, they did not have the room that we booked for us and gave us a room different from the photos we booked. the room is not clean and We made bedsheet and change pillow sheets by ourselves, I called to HOTEL.COM to complain and hotel.com said to me that Hotel Roma will refund us room charge. Finally, Hotel Roma did not refund and service is not good. So, I want to say I can pay for the room that I booked, but I can not accept hotel give me the room not clean and not the same as photos in HOTEL.COM without COMPESATION.

Uns wurde das Abendessen trotz HP extra berechnet. Trotz Nachfrage keine Rechnung erhalten damit ich es wenigstens reklamieren kann. Klimaanlage ohne Funktion gewesen und auf den Bildern wirkt das Hotel deutlich schöner.

My husband and I stayed 2 nights while visiting family so basically in our room just to sleep. It’s a very dated hotel, but the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Shower stall is a little tight. The included breakfast was not that great, not a lot of choice and the dining area was dark and uninviting, but staff was friendly. We had an early checkout, before the breakfast was available, and the gentleman at the front desk was able to get us croissants and made coffee for us which was greatly appreciated.

De plus en plus décevant

Cela fait plusieurs fois que je me rends dans cet hôtel, mais les conditions d’hébergement se dégradent de plus en plus. Les prises de courant sont cassées dans les chambres, le mobilier est vétuste et usée, les peintures défraîchie. Je me retrouve à chaque fois avec un bloc de climatisation ultra bruyant dans la chambre de plus le petit déjeuner qui relevait un peu le niveau de l’hôtel et de plus en plus décevant avec des produits industriels. Je suis très déçu.
