Woman at front desks personable manners were limited at best. I got one thank you out of her in my 3 interactions. No how are ya, just walk up to her & she waits for you to acknowledge her. A/C was on the listing which did not work, when I inquired I was told it was a central system & they turned it off due to mild outdoor temps. I said I paid for a/c. She told me it would be active in 15 minutes, after 20 it began cooling but didn’t last long. I had a fan coil unit with 3 speed fan control & an antique stat I’ve never seen in all my years in the hvac/r trade. Every hotel I’ve seen in for a very long time has an incremental unit where you have independent heat/cooling control for your room. It looked like some rooms had this, mine did not. Also this is one of the dirtiest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in, there was a sticker from a lighter adhered on one of the lamp bases, a easily noticeable piece of packaging/garbage behind the ice bucket, some very dark strands of hair on bathroom wall & a easily noticeable perimeter of dust, debris, hair around baseboards. A few towels had some gray marks or stains on them. Some stains on the walls. I would not pay $100/night for this place let alone the &150 I paid.
