Great Hotel

We had the 1 bedroom King Suite. It was perfect for our family of 5. It was nice having a full kitchen with toaster, as we were there 3 nights/4days and used every inch of the space provided. Pillows weren’t the greatest for a Hilton property, but overall, very comfortable, clean room that made our stay an A++

A fairly quiet place to stay. Nice breakfast selection. Staff were friendly. I didn't like our room having one spoon and barely any cooking ware to use. Also no tissue except what's in the bathroom. Front desk stated it's all they have.

Disgusting and disappointing

This stay was super uncomfortable, very dirty, bed bugs , bed stains, molded shower, urine smelling carpet and bathroom. Please see photos I have attached. We paid for a suite but was not able to use the front bed because of how filthy is was so some of the children slept sleeping up.

I didn’t like the fact that I booked a mobility room for my handicapped parents and upon check in they didn’t have one available! The toilet was so low it was hard to get on and off especially without grab bars! The beds were too hard as well. Not a pleasant stay overall.

Could have paid less somewhere else

Although the hotel was a good hotel, the parking was terrible because all the construction crew working on either this hotel or nearby places stayed at this hotel took up every other parking spot closest to the entry doors so I had to park closer to another hotel. Very inconvenient. The morning breakfast was not even mid level. The eggs were fake eggs, and the danishes were old and dry. Coffee creamer in my room was old, curdled in my coffee. Coffee was out at 7am in the lobby, and when I told the front desk they looked at me like “how dare you”.
