It’s a lovely hotel! The only thing I would change is putting screens on the windows. It got quite warm in my 2nd floor room, but when I opened the window for air flow, mosquitoes started coming in.

La recepción a cargo de la Srita. Michell fue inmejorable. La habitación con 2 camas muy agradable, colchones y blancos muy confortables, sin embargo no es un hotel apto para dormir más allá de las 8am, se escucha el ruido de personal y huéspedes por las mañanas muy temprano. Comer en La Grupa nos gustó mucho, sin embargo la mesera Adelina no estuvo a la altura de lo que merece ese excelente lugar tanto por su buena comida como su agradable ambiente.

The staff was accommodating and helped by getting us a cab, giving directions and instructions for the room. The hotel is situated in a lovely spot, near the plazas, restaurants, museums and lots of activity in the evenings -- great for people-watching. The old city with cobble streets, wrought iron grates on windows of the stuccoed row houses, buildings dating back to the 17th and 18th century. The hotel building itself was beautifully remoded with a rooftop restaurant where we enjoyed evening sunset, view of the church steeples and domes, and a delicious breakfast. The bed was comfortable, water hot, a mini-fridge stocked with water and a few sodas, a coffee maker, a small tale and two chairs and a tiny balcony that opened to the street - very charming.

What a wonderful place. Charming, comfortable and easily walkable to all the high points in centro. The roof top restaurant is lovely and has amazing views. We loved staying here and will definitely be back.

Simply amazing ! The staff, the room , the service The restaurant , La Grupa was fantastic. Diverse menu. Talented bartender who mixed the best margarita ever tasted . Amazing cocktails . Delicious salads. Attentive staff. Breakfast is abundant and delicious. Rooms are beautifully clean with comfortable beds including high end linens.

I have been here several times, and I really enjoy it. They are walking distance to all of the Old Town, and they also have a cool bar on the roof if you don't want to leave. The staff is always super friendly, and it is a bargain that includes a breaktfast that puts most American hotels to shame.

Muy buena ubicación y excelente atención, pero si van a llevar auto , les sugiero ponerse en contacto con ellos antes de su llegada para faciliar el acceso al hotel porque no hay mucho espacio para estacionarse a las afueras.
