This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was humid, murky, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. My husband and I were only in town for a concert, planning to stay just one night and check out early the next morning. We were in the room for only a few hours before leaving at 6 AM.
A few days later, I was shocked to see a $250 charge to my card for a “broken blind.” That blind was already damaged when we arrived. It had a burn mark, was taped together, and came apart the moment I tried to pull it down. It was clearly patched up before, which tells me this hotel is reusing the same broken blind to scam guests with fraudulent charges.
I immediately reached out to Wyndham and Hotels.com, but neither helped resolve the issue. In the end, my one-night stay in this terrible room cost me $324.05 for something I absolutely did not break.
This hotel will take your money under false pretenses. Be very cautious before booking here—what happened to me can easily happen to someone else. Days Inn by Wyndham San Antonio Frost Bank Center is not only poorly maintained but also dishonest.
