Very clean Hotel

Hotel is very convenient connected to a nice retail store with restaurant, pharmacy, clothing, cigars, DVDs, duty free perfume, gift shop. Shopping mall is across the street. Be careful when crossing street. Cars dont respect people crossing street. I found out the hard way

Great hotel

I like where the hotel is located in the city. It's near some hospitals and there are lots of restaurants nearby. There's also a mall and a Walmart nearby. I like to walk so it's pretty walkable. There is also a bus line near the hotel. The hotel itself was clean and they offer a breakfast buffet for $150 pesos. I ate there one morning. They had pancakes, eggs, fruits, yogurt, chilaquiles rojo y Verde, and potatoes (extremely spicy). They had coffee, milk, and orange juice to drink. There is an indoor pool. I didn't get to use it but I saw others swimming in it. The room was spacious. I got a room with a king sized bed. It was comfortable.

Eh venido a este hotel en algunas ocasiones pero en especial en esta ocasión fue una pésima experiencia Nuestra habitación tenia muchos bichos!, se hizo comentario en recepción y nos cambiaron de habitacion esta vez en la 317 y esta tenia algunos problemas que no te esperas en un hotel de este precio como que se quedaba el "sapito" pegado y literal tenias que abrir el deposito y cerrarlo para que dejara de hacer ruido,tambien no tiene desague a un lado de la regadera y se acumula el agua, se hizo mencion en recepción y no hubo solución. Lastima que era una excelente opción para quedarme en Cd Juarez pero creo que la siguiente vez pensaremos en otras opciones. Adicional a esto si las amenidades como la alberca y el gym son atractivos para ti, ten en cuenta que casi siempre esta en "mantenimiento" y la caminadora esta "fuera de servicio".
