The sofa couch was stained to the point we did not want to sit on it. When we undid the sofa to pull out the sofa bed, there were crumbs, chips, food debris all over it. The matress had a spot that appeared to be dried up vomit. It was disgusting! Can you plese make sure the cleaning staff attends to the sofa couch as well? A vacumme? The pool did not have towels for 2 days. There was food and crumbs around the tables. The pool furniture was broken and not safe to sit on. The bathrooms near breakfast area did not have toilet paper and were not clean.
The front desk staff, however was very attentive except for the gentleman who worked on Saturday Day shift.
I asked for the possibility of an early check in and he said "absolutely not". He didn't even ask what kind of room I needed. The buiding/parking lot was empty and he said, "I have over 100 people asking me for an early check in" The lobby nor the parking lot ever had this amount of people so why could I not check in early? I would have been happy to pay an additional charge to have done so.
