This has to be one of the worst hotels I have stayed in for a very long time. Typical rip off pricing when an exhibition is held at Fiera Milano. Breakfast fruit was out of date and rotting , rooms where not clean Lifts were broken , place is run down . I was booked and paid for three nights but I couldn’t put up with it anymore so checked out and got another hotel for my last night.

A FUIR - A FUIR - A FUIR. Cet hôtel n'a strictement rien d'un 4 étoiles. Tout est vétuste et sale ! Au mieux, c'est un 2 étoiles. Il ne faut pas se laisser avoir par les photos du site, elles ont été prises il y a bien longtemps ! Cet hôtel n'est globalement pas entretenu et ça n'a pas l'air de déranger les managers. Dans les couloirs, traces de dégât des eaux, peinture écaillée partout, moquette très sale. Dans les chambres, toutes les douches sont moisies (j'ai voulu changer de chambres, mais elles sont toutes comme ça !). Les structures de douche tiennent avec du scotch. Le mobilier est en mauvais état. Les équipements (sèche-cheveux et coffre-fort) ne fonctionnent pas et les sols sont sales. Pour finir, ATTENTION, le parking est payant (8 euros par jour) et ce n'est marqué nul part. Vous êtes mis devant le fait accompli en arrivant avec peu d'autres solutions.

Nous avons été extrêmement déçues par notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout d’abord, la propreté laissait vraiment à désirer, ce qui est inacceptable. Le petit déjeuner est beaucoup trop cher par rapport à la qualité proposée. De plus, le manque d’informations est flagrant : nous nous sommes retrouvées à attendre plus d’une heure avant l’arrivée de la navette à cause de renseignements imprécis. À notre arrivée, nous avons aussi découvert des taxes supplémentaires sur le parking qui n’avaient jamais été mentionnées lors de la réservation. Pour couronner le tout, le chauffeur de la navette s’est montré désagréable et condescendant, nous parlant comme si nous étions des imbéciles. Franchement, entre l’accueil médiocre, le manque de transparence et la qualité très discutable, je déconseille fortement cet hôtel. Première mauvaise expérience. A FUIR

Perfekt für die Durchreise

Für meine Zwecke sehr gut, ich war auf der Durchreise. Super war: bewachter Parkplatz, freundlicher Service, Restaurant im Haus mit sehr aufmerksamem Service, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Weniger gut, es war im gesamten Hotel ziemlich dreckig, in meinem Zimmer noch der Müll der Vorbewohner, in der Dusche Haare. Trotzdem habe ich gut geschlafen.

Mal ganz ehrlich, uns ist es ein Rätsel, wieso diese Absteige überhaupt positive Bewertungen hat. In unserem Ranking von Low Budget bis absolutes High End, belegt diese Unterkunft den vorletzten Platz. Schimmel in der Dusche, Farbe die abbröckelt, Löcher in den Wänden... Unfreundliche Rezeption und ungenießbarer Kaffee ist da noch das kleinste Problem

Nous avons réservé pour un hôtel 4 étoiles dont les photos sur internet semblaient tout à fait correctes mais franchement c’était vraiment vraiment très sale. La moquette était tellement remplie de tâches qu’on a dû étendre les couvres lits par terre pour marcher dans la chambre. Des couvres lits tout aussi sales!!! Matelas taché de sang sûrement des menstrues. 2 serviettes de bain pour 3 personnes. Heureusement que ce n’était que pour une nuit. Par contre, je trouve que Hotel.com ne devrait pas proposer ce genre d’hôtel d’autant plus que j’ai vu d’autres commentaires qui parlent de punaises de lit!!! J’espère ne pas en avoir ramené dans mes valises!!! J’en veux d’ailleurs a hôtels.com.
