The hotel is very well located in the heart of the Loop. The staff is friendly and ready to help (one hundred thanks to Adrian), and there are no major criticisms to be made concerning the quality, comfort, breakfast, but for the strange habit of cleaning the rooms ...every three days !! You are advised of this silly practice when arriving, and if you ask for clean towels you'll have them delivered instantly... but traveling since fifty years I had Never seen cleaning a room once every three days..even in cheap two stars hotels. Please change this strange practice and, you'll deserve the five stars in evaluation.
