Given that there isn’t enough room to type my whole issue. Website falsely advised what the rooms had. I booked a bedroom suite and had no hot water to shower for two days and the staff only offered me and family extra points. I have very young kids and I am not sure why they thought it was okay to shower in cold water. There was no sense of urgency to get the problem resolved. Since they were sold out all weekend they put us in a smaller room since they couldn’t get hot water. When we spoke to the agents inside the hotel it seem they were very unsure on what to do and kept giving us the run around. At the end of our stay they stated they compensated us for one day and waived parking for one day. Come to find out they didn’t, since I booked through a third party app they are telling me they received none of the information that I was provided. Sad to say but this was overall the worst experience, I travel over 5 hours to be in this city and I always stay at a Courtyard by Marriott and I never have issues with my stay or the staff. I felt this issue was handled very poorly. Not having hot or warm water and being told all other rooms have it, then being told because they have had several sports teams on site is causing for our room to not have proper running water. How does that happen? All 300 plus rooms have water but our one room doesn’t.. very ghetto!
