Great hotel. Good location close to Roma Termini. The staff were fantastic, the room clean and modern but fitting with the old building, the breakfast was very good. Plenty of restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely stay

My family and I spent one night here on our way to Amalfi. Very comfortable bed and pillows - the best of our whole trip. Great location - all major tourist attractions are walkable. Lovely bread and pastries provided in the morning.

The hotel was a boutique hotel. Rooms were very clean. Beds and pillows very comfortable. The refrigerator was full with water and yogurts. The room had items to eat plus excellent expressos. Staff was courteous. It also was walking distance to major attractions. Very happy with our stay.

Charming and central

Great location! Central and walking distance to most sites. It was clean and comfortable and the service great! It is an older building that has had renovations and full of charm. Would not hesitate to recommend and stay here again!

An overpriced gloomy internal room.

An overpriced gloomy internal room that looked nothing like the website photographs. I have no doubt that some of the rooms are lovely but ours didn’t live up to the price tag. The one window opened out onto a wall which seemed to be the central junction for all the waste water. Lovely to hear the constant flushing of toilets. The bathroom was a little tired and the breakfast was mediocre at best. Lovely memory foam bedding though and (apart from the flushing toilets) very quiet.

Perfect Location

Family stay for 3. This apartment was ideally located for walking to various attractions including the Trevi fountain, Colosseum/Forum and Pantheon. Very spacious and well furnished with included snacks and drinks in the fridge and a welcome bottle of wine. They dropped off fresh baked goods each morning as well. Felt very secure as there were 3 locked access points before our door. Could not speak more highly of this establishment - great value!

Excellent, centrally located choice

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is a short walk from Termini and is located in the vibrant Monti neighborhood. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room is cozy and quiet, and the beds were very comfy. The walk back to Termini is all uphill which was a little challenging with luggage but very doable. We would absolutely stay again.

Location, location, situated between many hotels costing three or four times the price, Aenea is a gem. More of a B&B than a hotel with very nice and helpful staff. Better than a lobby bar is the wine bar around the corner. Coffee maker and refrigerator in room with a pastry delivery to your room every morning. There is a nice neighborhood grocery store across the street to the right. Btw, it's the big green door, no big sign just the name on the building directory.

Check-in was easy and seamless. I was contacted beforehand to confirm my arrival time and was provided with clear instructions for our check-in process. The host was super kind on arrival and greeted us with several treats. He even recommended a restaurant close by that ended up being one of our favorites from the entire trip. The apartment was very clean and quiet at night, super close to the colosseum and Greta location for restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay here again!
