Excelente!

Hotel excelente! Ótimo atendimento por todos os funcionários. Assim que entrei no quarto, verifiquei que tinham presentes: uma bolsa de tecido para utilizar na praia e mercado, evitando assim as sacolas de plástico, além disso uma garrafa reutilizável para água (haviam bebedores espalhados pelo hotel). Super recomendo, a praia privativa do hotel é incrível. Muito próximo a praia Mambo Beach, lugar com um centrinho comercial e vários restaurantes (5 min caminhando).

The location was great. The huts and chairs on the beach were easily accessible and plentiful. The water there at the beach was rocky, but great for snorkeling. It was a very relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are very Ikea like as far as furnishings, and there were no couches or easy chairs. We had to ask for both blankets, and a microwave. The restaurant was overpriced for the amount of food you received, and the quality was lacking on some items. You were better off going off the resort to eat, or prepare meals in your room. It was nice to be able to rent a car from the resort, but there was a 2 day minimum. Overall though, it was a great experience, and we know what to expect if we decide to return. The staff throughout the resort were very polite and accommodating!

Lovely resort despite a parking issue ...

We had a lovely stay with the exception of being unable to park the car on the resort lot at the time of our arrival due to parking spaces having been offered to people with day passes. I was told this issue is being corrected and sure hope so as coming into the resort after a long travel -hot, tired, with luggage and wanting to bring groceries into the room - it was definitely not the start to our trip we had hoped for, however, after that incident - it was all smooth sailing. The rooms are lovely and clean. There is ample beach and pool space. The lazy river was wonderful and used often and there is GREAT snorkeling just in front of the hotel. We enjoyed having the small kitchenette space in the room and the water facing balcony that we used in the evenings to enjoy the nightly entertainment. We did not visit Bina and the other restaurant location left a little to be desired, but having the in room kitchenette and ability to get groceries by having a car made up for that. The location is close to everything needed. I would recommend this resort.

Excellent property! The snorkeling right in front of the resort was phenomenal. We brought our own gear including fins-fish are vibrant and huge. The drop off is about 20-30 feet from entry point.Bring water shoes when you just want to refresh yourself and go into ocean. Bring a packable floaty with mesh that folds easily into suitcase. We had a garden view room on the 3rd floor building 7. Our view was of the lazy river. Room was comfortable and had appliances(fridge, stove top, Nespresso machine and plates, pans, cups, utensils). Like others said-there is only a sheet not a blanket on the bed. Only one pillow per person as well. You can borrow charger/outlet plugs from the front desk. I brought Nespresso pods for our stay. We also brought a cooler and filled it with ice daily from Bari Beach bar to save money on drinks. Fabulous stay! Will definitely return.

What a great resort! Friendly staff, clean hotel. Great restaurants with great drinks. Wonderful pool with a lazy river and a slide. Great snorkeling right off the beach of the resort. Close to downtime and right off the main strip. I’d love to stay here again!

Looking out from our room to the water gave the impression that we were on a private island. The sand, lounging options, and groundskeeping were extraordinary. The rooms were simple and well-kept. Everything we needed seemed at our fingertips. The dining options on property were more than adequate. The dive shop on property handled all of our needs. The staff was friendly and informative. They made everything easy. The lazy river was a relaxing diversion to the pool and the excellent snorkling just off shore. Without all the dive sights and other activities afforded by the island we still would have had a great time just lounging on property.

LOVED this hotel

We absolutely loved this hotel. The rooms were spacious and there is an excellent dive shop on site. The restaurant food was some of the best, freshest and reasonably priced I’ve had in the Caribbean. The lazy river, beach and pool was lovely and it was close to town and restaurants. I highly recommend! Great value and an awesome stay!

Great family vacay! The snorkeling off the beach was great, my son enjoyed the lazy river and slide daily, fantastic sunsets, pool side and beach drink and food service. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Even saw a hawksbill turtle when I was snorkeling at the resort.

The hotel is very clean and bedrooms are excellent. The location is the best one just in the middle of any other outside activity. The hotel has 3 restaurants. They are good. The only reason I am removing one star is because the staff is not so friendly and most of the employees never smile or say hi and the restaurants take some time to even serve the drinks. Order your food ahead before starving because it will take some time to be served.
