Someone walked in my room in the middle of the night without knocking. Disturbing and couldn’t sleep the night.
All that was offered was 50% off my meal the night before and an apology.
The fact I couldn’t sleep not feeling safe, eventually did fall asleep and missed my flight had to book another flight car hire extended and delayed to my next destination. Common sense and The least they could have done was offer my whole stay for free for the inconvenience of the whole event.
Someone else may not be so kind and understanding as I was. Poor service.
