The hotel would not answer the phone for us to request the shuttle at midnight. I waited on hold for over 20 min before someone answered and then they told me it could be an hour before the shuttle got to us. I had called ahead and reminded them of our flight time. Once there each bed only had 3 flat pillows and 3 towels. If I have to put in how many people are in our party then why don’t we have enough towels?

Overall, our stay at as pleasant. Because we were in a handicap suite, we appreciated the room. HOWEVER, there were no places—shelves, hooks—to put toiletries and used towels. There was one hook on the back if the door and the hair dryer was hanging on it.
The toilet did not turn off after being flushed without lifting the top and closing the flap.
