The hotel teams are friendly. The hotel is quite close to the station and in the middle of some key tourists areas. Excellent location for sure. Since it’s close to the tram stop, it is a bit noisy occasionally but not annoying. It is a pleasant stay.

Staff is polite, However, The room size is smaller than expected. Stay 5 days but the soap and shampoo never refilled. Room is quite noisy at night and morning. You can hear the outside tram noise very clearly and people walking sound. The floor must get wet after you take shower. The toilet bowl installed at higher than normal standard. You sitting on toilet are not feel comfortable. The water heater is not stable during shower. You will feel too hot or too cold and hard to adjust. Breakfast is not much choice. The location is good and near the tram station.

Very small room, charged a baby crib never came, asked for a refund and nobody can do anything. Bar person is the same as lobby so 1 person for bar and reception so long wait times. Breakfast 1 person so no eggs at 9.45 and no willingness to make more. Worst quality vs price in my travel experience and I have travelled half of the world.

Wonderful Hotel.

Upon arrival, I was given a room on the third floor without an elevator. I explained that I couldn't go up or down stairs, and they kindly moved me to a room on the second floor with an elevator. This room is very spacious and bright, with large windows and a balcony. Perfect. I loved it. All the staff were very kind and friendly, helping me whenever I needed it. The lobby is very spacious, comfortable and cozy, and one can spend a pleasant time there. The hotel is very well located and very well connected. The only thing that wasn't optimal was the room cleanliness. It seemed like they only made the bed and didn't clean anything. In fact, they left the already dirty glasses and wet and used towels without replacing them with clean ones. Another thing that wasn't right was that the desk lamp, coffee maker, and kettle had any place to plug, so I couldn't use them. But the bathroom hygiene products, such as shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, shower gel, and body moisturizer, are of excellent quality. Only the toilet paper wasn't up to the same standard. Despite the inconveniences I mentioned, I plan to return to that hotel with my family because I believe those problems can be resolved by talking to the front desk staff. They are all lovely, I really liked them and I loved the hotel. I had a wonderful time there and I felt safe and at home.

Beautiful hotel, conveniently located. Walking distance from several places of interest as well restaurants and caffès and well connected in terms of public transportation. A handwritten note in the room as a welcome is a really nice detail, specially if you’re 7 thousand km away from home

The Perfect Lounge

This hotel has amazing customer service. Perfect location. The British woman at the desk provided top notch service and went above and beyond. The hotel also has one of the most comfortable lounges we have seen and it invites you to hang out. The basement rooms are more humble than the others, but are clean and have lots of style. We would definitely stay at this Hotel V again.

Magnifique séjour !!

Nous avons vraiment passé un super séjour, l’hôtel est vraiment beau et fidèle aux photos, la chambre très confortable et pratique. Les petits services sur place sont top : de l’eau fraîche au concombre, des jeux de société, des livres et magazines à disposition dans le lobby, un verre de vin offert à l’arrivée, un personnel adorable et très serviable ! La localisation de l’hôtel est également top, juste à côté de nombreux trams, et même à pied la proximité avec les musées et certains coins est juste géniale. Je recommande définitivement 😊
