Expect tiny rooms and no bell hop service. Breakfast was decent. Location was great. No amenities. Not even a yard just a lobby and the rooms. I think it’s best for business where you just sleep, shower and are off.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. They held our suitcases until it was time to check in and had great recommendations for restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend it to any one planning on staying in Ginza. If you're traveling to other cities in Japan you should ask about shipping your suitcases to other Mitsui hotels. This service saved us so much time and energy. Thankful we didnt have to lug everything on the Shinkansen and everything got to our next hotel the next day.

Wonderful hotel. The rooms may be on the small side if you are American, but they are beautifully appointed and cleverly laid out. Bathroom is delightfully modern and compact. Best of all, the views from the picture windows in the guest rooms is spectacular. I have stayed here twice now, on both sides of the building, and the views are breathtaking. There is an excellent and yummy breakfast buffet that will satisfy everyone internationally. Staff is super friendly and efficient. Price was reasonable for the excellent location (Ginza) and service.
