Hotel is need of a make over. Checkin was not at the hotel but up the road at the Mercure. Rubbish bin in room was rusty and dented did not look good. We have stayed here bore and there seems a big down turn

Sadly the venue was seriously dated and needs to be updated. We had to ask for fresh linen from a full service venue. On trying to contact reception we had no response to our call but we were well looked after on face to face service. On the whole the venue was fabulous for dining facilities and the room was comfortable.

Total disappointment & overpriced. The staff eventually responded to my calls by moving us to another room away from a view of the junk area of pallets, broken equipment etc to one with a lovely view but the room was still outdated with chipped furnishings, mouldy bathroom and torn mesh sliding screens.

Worse experience ever! Their reception is at Mercure which is about 1km away and the address on here is different. It took us 30 minutes to sort out the check in as we first went to the address on hotels.com and were then told to go to another address before a lady mentioned we need to check in at Mercure! If that wasn't enough, the ac didn't work well, it was 38C and the room was very hot. The hotel facility is dirty. We left within a few hours and didn't stay the night.

My stay coincided with a large thunderstorm which caused a few issues (e.g. no tv reception, card payments down). Nothing that the hotel can do about that however the communication was non existent and the attitude of the staff in the restaurant wasn’t great.

After working out the receptions was located at a different location we made it to the property TV had foxtel but nothing worked. apparently a fault with all of the rooms. no tv at all Bathroom door handle about to fall off Shower tap about to fall off Shower rose needs a clean. or replacement Doors are dirty. finger prints around the place. either a good clean or paint

Lovely space, spa bath in bathroom was great, outdoor area a bonus, couple of maintenance issues in room, toilet seat closing was deafening. Shower taps don’t turn off properly. Property nicely maintained. However pool & pool area needs extra TLC. Top row of tiles needs cleaning as depths marker tiles very dirty & hard to read. (Safety issue) Staff in restaurant were great.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was truly an exceptional experience. Everything about it exceeded my expectations—from the prime location that made exploring the area so convenient to the outstanding on-site restaurants offering delicious cuisine. The staff were incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive, making me feel right at home. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay. The staff was amazing the customer service was amazing they are all so helpful and nice people, the whole place has it’s character about it, the room we stayed in (604) was uncomfortable to stay in because of the energy from spirts, it doesn’t show threw the day it’s mainly of a night, you hear sudden knocks suddenly things drop and there’s nothing there, I could go on and on but I highly recommend if you love your sleep and you want to enjoy your stay DO NOT stay in room 604! Overall it amazing! Thankyou harragins!
