O apartamento é muito bom e amplo. O condomínio é limpo, seguro e organizado. No geral foi uma muito boa estadia. A limpeza não estava perfeita, tinha muito pó. Cortina do quarto de casal precisou ser montada depois que reclamei. Estofado das poltronas da varanda muito rasgados, sem condições de uso. Tinha máquina de lavar o que foi ótimo. A cozinha poderia ser melhor equipada.

Condomínio com ótima infraestrutura, piscinas bem grandes e limpas, ideal para famílias com crianças e pets, aliás, muito pet friendly. Apartamento em ótimas condições, confortável e com utensílios domésticos para tudo o que imaginar fazer e internet boa. Perto de mercados e padarias (tem um mercadinho interno para emergências), mas é melhor estar de carro para as praias e principais atrações locais. A empresa contratada pelos proprietários para gerir o aluguel é ótima, com pessoal muito atencioso e disponível, eles entram em contato assim que a reserva é confirmada. As fotos condizem bem com a realidade.
