The room I booked on the platform showed that the reservation was successful and the payment was successful, but I drove to the front desk of the hotel and told me that there was no room to return it. I had no problem with it, but the money was not refunded to me. I booked another hotel and checked in, but Hilton Garden Hotel still didn't know when to refund the money. I will get a refund soon, regardless of the room. Why can I make a reservation and pay successfully without a room?

Paid the extra fee at check in which should have consisted of snacks and drinks being in the room and there was nothing. I will be reaching out to get a refund since those items were not available.

Super quiet - which is what I needed. Bar food was ok, only a short walk from the metro. Breakfast choices very limited.

Comfortable accommodations
The hotel was amazing and the shuttle service to amd from the CapitoOne Hall was greatly appreciated by friends and I.
Our room was clean and comfortable and a warm welcome at checkin. I highly recommend this hotel.

Disappointed For Hilton Garden Inn
No maid service despite 4 nights stay. Trash was piling up. Had to request for new towels and refills on body wash.
