Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Resort. Most of the amenities and activities at the Resort were available and accessible but parking seems to be a problem. Food was good but we waited nearly an hour and a half for our meal at Spaghetti House. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. We liked where our room was. However, it appears that the the room needs modernizing or updating. The TV was not user friendly, and we had to phone for assistance twice. Just a note, on the second call, the staff member at reception was rude because he kept interrupting me while I was trying to explain the issue, poor customer service in my view. The cooling system on the air-conditioned unit stopped working after the 3rd day, which was frustrating because it was very hot and humid, and the fan can only so much. The disappointing thing about it was trying to get assistance to address it promptly. Our first call to reception led to a maintenance staff member attending to the issue. He claimed it was fixed but it wasn't. To be honest it appeared that he didn't know what he was doing and really didn't want to be there. We called reception a second time a couple day's later and was told they will send someone but no one turned up. The matter was finally addressed by a different person 2 days later after our third call but it was nearing our time to leave. So some positives and some negatives to work on.
