Had to find a place spur of the moment after a storm and they were very friendly, helpful, and took care of us during our stay.

This hotel was very well maintained and very clean. The hotel staff were very kind and courteous, if any questions or concerns were raised they did not hesitate to answer the questions or make the guest feel comfortable.

Great location! A short jaunt to everywhere I wanted to visit. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space for our luggage. Room had a mini fridge and a microwave which I was grateful for.

Booked through Expedia using my credit card. Paid in full. Used my debit card at check in for the $50 incidentals. They said my card declined. My bank account showed $210 charge. The clerk told me it was from Expedia. I tried to tell him I didn’t use that card for Expedia. So all together I paid $224 on one card to Expedia, $210 on another card they swear they didn’t charge despite me showing them my bank account. And $130 on yet another card-$50 for incidentals and $80 for parking. Totaling $564 for a one night stay. No thank you. Never again. Another man was complaining about being overcharged at the same time so apparently this is a habit. The hot water didn’t even work in our shower.

The lobby and restaurant were very cold. There was a 25.00 mandatory daily charge. You can use it for food and beverages, but the hotel restaurant was cold and very understaffed. We used our daily charge for lunch which took about an hour and 45 minutes each time. The server was very nice, but there appeared to be only 1 or 2. At check in they forgot to give me the daily food and beverage credit ticket but I was able to get it and go back and pay for lunch.
