Estuvo bien, únicamente un par de comentarios, la comida muy pocas opciones en general para el buffet, increíblemente en pleno 2025 y el WiFi solo funcionaba en el lobby.

Estancia muy agradable.

Tuvimos una estancia por 5 días muy agradable. Todo el personal que nos atendió muy amable. La habitación muy cómoda. La comida muy rica y variada. A las instalaciones en algunas zonas si les falta un poco de mantenimiento para hacer que todo esté perfecto. En general muy bien, si regresaría. La pasamos muy bien.

Buena opción en Vallarta

Nos hospedamos 4 días en el hotel, encontramos una oferta del 50% así que estuvo excelente por el precio que pagamos. El personal en general fue muy amable, solamente en el restaurante de especialidades (italiano), nos atendieron con mucha prisa. No tiene elevador, yo estaba lastimada de la rodilla y me cambiaron al primer piso sin problema, solamente la regadera está dentro de la tina y un poco más alto que el piso, en el cuarto que nos tocó, así que no lo recomendaría para alguien con problemas de movilidad.

En general las zonas sociales estaban muy bien, aseadas y ofrecían varios servicios. Muy buena atención y la comida. La habiatacion debería ser mejorada especialmente el baño y las almohadas eran muy pequeñas. El internet también debería funcionar en las habitaciones y no solo en el área común. Buena ubicación

Nos decepcionó mucho el hotel, honestamente lo que se muestra en las fotos no es como se vive hospedados, no hay aire acondicionado en ninguna de las áreas para comer, en el cuarto el aire apenas funciona, nos pusieron al principio en una habitación pegada al hidroneumatico y el ruido era bastante fuerte a cualquier hora en el día y la noche, solicitamos cambio y tardaron dos días en apoyarnos. En varias ocasiones llamamos a recepción para pedir agua y nunca llegó, fuimos a pedirla directamente y nos decían que solo se podía por teléfono pero era mentira porque nunca la llevaron! Por otro lado te dan reservación para el restaurante y decía que a las 7:30 am podías ir hacer la reservación y en dos ocasiones nos dijeron que ya estaba lleno a esa hora, hay pocas opciones de bebidas y el personal a pesar de ser amables trabajan turnos largos y llega un momento en el que se les ve el cansancio y su trato va de acuerdo a sus horas de trabajo, además de tener poco personal. Para la cena se hacían filas de más de 30 minutos para entrar ya que su restaurante es pequeño y no tiene la capacidad para todos los grupos que llegan; Por último en el cuarto, también el baño es muy reducido, tienen tinas muy viejas y es peligroso el ingreso a la misma y su salida, si quieres vacacionar en familia o pareja no te lo recomiendo, no hay descanso.

The pictures were deceiving when we booked. A lot of photo's of the other resort. Rooms are dated, they smell musty most likely from how humid it is so it's understandable that there isn't much they can do about that. There's no mini fridges in rooms. Buffet was just ok, the specialty restaurant you needed to book in advance to eat there. When I booked my room I booked a King bed, when I checked in they were trying to give me two double beds. I told them that is not what I booked, they upgraded me. Pools, and grounds were kept nice. The staff were always kind and friendly. My group stayed for 5 days from June 27th, 2025. They don't mention that there is two resorts and to get to the beach you have to walk across the road to the other resort which isn't a big problem but just know you are not oceanside at this resort. There is no wifi in the rooms. We had wifi in our room but we were on ground level and had a suite that lead out to the pools. Other members of our party had backside hotel rooms on second floors and they had no wifi. There is no elevators, so if you are up on 4th be prepared to carry your luggage up those stairs. Kids ran up and down the halls all hours of the night. Housekeeping was good, they always made sure everything was fresh and changed for us. Our group ended up getting sick, we don't know if it was from the food or water. So just be mindful. You get what you pay for with the price. It's not totally bad, but it's not a higher end resort.

I stayed at this hotel and had an incredibly disappointing experience. The room was excessively humid, which triggered my allergies severely. My throat was constantly itchy, and I had trouble sleeping due to the discomfort. The thermostat was broken, so I had no control over the temperature, and the phone in the room didn’t work either, making it extremely inconvenient to contact the front desk. I spoke to two general managers about the issues. Both assured me they would resolve the situation, but nothing was ever fixed. I asked to be moved to another room, but they denied my request, claiming the hotel was overbooked and no other rooms were available. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had. The lack of accountability, poor maintenance, and disregard for guest comfort were unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I upgraded to a king suite and they tried to give me a twin and blame Expedia. No info about the resort when checking in. 6 of the 7 of us all got very sick. Not sure if it was the pool or food. No recycling of anything. Not even in the rooms. The courtyard in the property was well maintained.

La comida tiene 10/10 , sin duda alguna muy buena comida. Las instalaciones en general 6/10 , la habitación Suite frente al mar 10/10. En general le doy un 8 al hotel por que tuve varias situaciones que fueron incómodas pero al final el hotel me respondió bien y eso recuperó mi estancia.

The property itself is pretty good for the price. The food options are limited for breakfast, lunch and dinner and many times the same food is offered at all three meals. The pools are decent. Staff is friendly. We did have a planned power outage however the hotel staff let us know ahead of time. The Tequila bar is boring however. If you are looking to party this is probably not the best place. For the Carouse restaurant which is reservation only, make sure you are there right at 7am to make the reservation. This is a decent experience, three course dinner however don’t get the later reservations because they run out of some dishes.
