Renovated rooms are nice-they have a lot of events there so loud music till midnight-really nice pool area and bar-they have loungers on the cliffs but you have to pay extra to use them. Good breakfast-Would stay there again.

The hotel stands at a very prominent location overlooking the sea. It is a big hotel but spread out. The pool is probably one of the best I've been in and the staff very attentive around the pool and pool bar. All the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. We fund the breakfast was disappointing, more because of the quality of the food rather than quantity. It's worth getting a room overlooking the sea, I wouldn't like to be facing inland or on the ground floor.

The property was wonderful and easy to get to. My only complaint was we had dinner at the restaurant and felt we were snubbed as we did not take all 4 courses. The wait staff became dismissive with us and did not offer great service or experience.

Great hotel with lovely rooms and friendly staff. Easy access into sea via steps with lifeguard present for safety. Large 28m pool with good depth and very clean was also great for swimming. Pool bar had a huge range of cocktails and complimentary snacks were a great idea. Room large, very well presented and clean. Breakfast was generous and had something for everyone. Parking was a little difficult. Limited space, very tight access from top level. Took some getting used too. Hotel was very good value and we would stay again.

This hotel, its staff, the pool, the sea pool, the food and the ambience exceeded our expectations! We had a five-day trip planned to Eastern Sicily, and we could not have picked a better place to lay our heads. The whole experience was exceptional and to be repeated time and again! Do not miss dinner at the lovely Oleander restaurant or the fantastic sea pool. The staff in all parts of the hotel are lovely, helpful and very cheerful!!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The pool and private beach area was really nice and we got upgraded to a stunning Blue Suite, which is very tastefully decorated, spacious and extremely comfortable. All the staff were very kind and attentive to us! Wonderful experience overall!

Pros Location, staff (specially Margarita serving breakfast), cleanliness of the hotel rooms Cons Hotel is very tired and in desperate need of renovation. Although the shower was clean, the mould in the tube made me feel uncomfortable. The rooms can use a few things such as a place for me to use my own hairdryer, apply makeup and box of tissues. Bathrobe wouldve been fab. One of the biggest disappointment is not having coffee/tea making ability in the room. All facilities including the pool, sauna ... We're closed. Due to lack of carpeting, I was able to hear people in the corridor and the cleaners outside of my door in the morning.

Thank you hotels.com Another excellent hotel. Rooms large and clean, serviced every day. Breakfast lovely, on the veranda, buffet style but everything covered, even a pancake machine! fruits, cereal, pastries cheese and meats. View of sea from rooms wonderful. Only a small issue with room balcony at the start. I scuba dive so required an external balcony to dry my kit on, did not have one for first night, requested a change, room was switched, even moved the luggage for us without asking SERVICE or what? Thoroughly recommend this hotel. Exceeded all expectations A big thank you from us.

Very nice hotel. Not so nice gym.

Very nice hotel. Very clean, and the staff was very professional. Breakfast was also top-notch. The only issue I had was with the gym. They say they have a gym, but they don't; the equipment is old, and there are only a handful of dumbbells to use. If you're like me and need a gym, there is a gym 1 mile away (I walked) called Palestra Area Fitness that is very nice and offers day passes. Other than that, great hotel! Also keep in mind you will be about 4 miles away from downtown. You will need a taxi to get there which costs anywhere from 20-30 euros each way.
