a nice deal for short stay

Good location to the city center and sightseeing spots. Room and bed is a bit small for 2 but quite well equipped with everything you need. A bit noisy to stay the room next to street. But very good restaurant just next to the hostel.

Good place to stay with easy traffic. It's easy to find a place to park your car nearly, although hotel doesn't have its own parking place. I parked my car nearly overnight freely. But it's important to follow the rules.

24 hours check in, small double bed can fit 2 people, no shampoo or shower gel. Only 1 towel provided, free luggage storage after check out. It's a student accommodation not a hotel, so don’t expect you can have service like hotel. Overall my stay is good, rooms are clean and tidy

One sheet with blood stains on it. Quite a bit of noise from the park below. There were a lot of visitors in town that night, so hotels were in short demand. I did like that I could leave my luggage with the hotel before the room was ready.

Beware: Three quarter beds!

A short weekend trip to Dublin to watch Leeds vs AC Milan in the pre season. Just needed somewhere cheap and clean to lay our heads. The set up and rooms etc were all fine. But the three quarter sized beds are not ok for two people. It was super hot with no ventilation and not enough space. I imagine it would have been fine for a solo traveller, but this shouldn’t be advertised as a double!

Worst area in town

Stay away from this area! This is one of the worst streets in Dublin in terms of crime, drug use, robberies and violence. Paying extra for a proper hotel in a better area is more valuable than not being able to enjoy your area in the evenings.

Meant for the youths.

We were initially bummed that we booked 2 doors for us and another couple yet our rooms weren’t near one another. The staff upon our arrival at least was able to get us in the same building. The rooms are very very bare. No toiletries in your room but you’re able to grab soap at checkin. You’re given 2 bath towels only (no wash cloths, no hand towels, no bath floor towel). You can receive a hair dryer and iron upon request. There weren’t outlets in the bath so curling or drying hair needed to happen near your bed. No AC. The mattress and pillows were extremely flat. We are in our 40s and this was a very uncomfortable stay for us. The windows also don’t block out the local noise and the doors close loudly as they are very heavy.

For one night in Dublin this was spot on.

Student accommodation turned into travellers accommodation over the summer. Was clean, own shower and toilet. Towels left for us and clean bedding. (Bed was defo only slighly bigger than single bed) As far as student accommodation goes, for one night in Dublin this was spot on.

Great accommodation choice.

Great stay here! Basic no frills but everything you could want/need. Great base as a wonderful location. Very clean, staff were friendly and helpful.

Ok stay for the price

Ok stay for the price (Oasis weekend) and considering that this is not a hotel, it’s a student accommodation. Room was renovated and clean. Staff were very nice and welcoming. Bed was not comfortable and room was very hot even while sleeping with window open. Common areas were a bit dirty and lots of things were out of place: kitchen cabinet was loose and did not fit properly, building door made an awful noise etc. There were multiple silver fishes in the room floor, which was unpleasant. But all in all, ok stay and nothing unbearable.

A eviter absolument

Rue malfamée car plusieurs foyers sociaux qui accueillent des toxicomanes et ces personnes squattent en groupe du matin à la nuit cette rue. J'ai assisté à une bagarre de bon matin. Etat du mobilier deplorable dans la cuisine commune, matelas de tres mauvaise qualité, mauvaise insonotisation, bruyant sur rue. Horriblement cher pour la prestation.

Read this before booking

Bed was extremely uncomfortable that the springs were coming up through it with zero support. Bed was also smaller than a double. Would not recommend staying here.
