My family and I stayed for 5 days at the residence (not at the hotel). The duplex apartment had seen better days and was not very clean but it was functional with a large balcony. Ker Juliet is a bit away from downtown Pornichet but next to a beautiful beach and walkway along a cliff. There are also a few stores nearby (bakery, boucherie, grocery store). The biggest inconvenience is that there is no WiFi in the residence apartments and one has to come down to the reception or restaurant to get signal. Another issue is that you have to clean up the kitchen and gather all the bed sheets and towels before leaving, The supply they give you to clean up is terrible (cheap sponge and cleaning product) making the process longer than it needs to be. Overall, I’d give it 3.5/5.

Résidence très bien situé, mais l'appartement est vieux sur la déco, et de nbs petits défauts: plusieurs ampoules 💡 ne fonctionnent pas, aspirateur ne fonctionne pas ( sac plein et filtre bouché), baie vitrée ne ferme pas et poignée ne tient pas collée. Sinon l'accueil est de qualité et les services aussi.

Appartement en duplex tres bien, propre, belle terasse, lits confortables, oreillers par contre très moyens. A 2 pas du sentier côtier et de la plage. Un peu excentré mais pas trop gênant. Le seul point negatif pas de wifi.

The property is in a beautiful setting but it’s past it’s prime and needs to be refreshed. No wifi in rooms. Old fixtures. Pool is nice but the deck needs to be refreshed. It feels like the property is past its expiry date. Front staff hot and cold.
