The room was quite clean and comfortable, though some bits were clearly old (a kitchen drawer was falling apart, etc). Nice view of the water. Not much hotel atmosphere but the room itself was very acceptable. A convenient location.

Great hotel in a central location
Our apartment was perfect for helping us settle into Auckland. The bed was really spacious and very comfy, and the kitchen facilities were exactly what we needed. The washing machine was very useful too! We enjoyed using the gym downstairs, but the sauna and hot tub did not seem to be in use (perhaps they are sometimes though). The location was perfect, really central for just walking into the CBD. We really enjoyed our stay here!
