Overall, it was okay. The room seemed to be clean, but there was a musty smell when you came into the room. The furniture has seen better days for sure. The room didn't have a coffee maker or a hair dryer, but we've seen a few in a utility closet in the hallway, so I assume that if we wanted/needed one, we could have asked for it. We only had 3 towels in the room; 2 large and one medium. I assume that we could have asked for more if we needed, but it would have been nice to have at least another small one and a couple of wash towels. The windows didn't block the outside noise, but they did have blackout curtains. The bathroom was clean, but it was old and stained.
We didn't eat breakfast, so I can't comment on that, but they did have coffee available 24/7 in the lobby.
There is no elevator on this property, so get ready to use the stairs if you get a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor.
Check-in is precisely at 3 pm and not a moment sooner. We arrived at 2, and they said they couldn't check us in because they were fully booked and none of the king-sized rooms were ready. We didn't fuss because we went to grab something to eat, but really, none of them??
The location was good overall, and our stay was pleasant regardless, but for the price of this room, I would have expected a better mattress and overall an updated room.
