Good hotel in a great location
The apt was ok, a little dated. We like the home feel, to be able to cook on our own. The kitchen was excellent. The patio door to the balcony was bolted shut. The property is huge and the grounds are very well kept. We went to the pool, but there are other things to do, like mini golf, bike riding, which i believe are included with the resort fee. There is also a calendar with things to do on the property, which is great to know. This trip was leisure, we weren't going to any parks, but we rode around and shopped, etc. The traffic is very congested but moves pretty well, there is a lot of U turning. Overall, the apt was good and the area has a lot of restaurants nearby, you would need a car to navigate around, but can totally stay on the property and be fine.

There is probably a better option.
We went for 4 nights to sit by the pool and relax. The first day by 9:00 there were no chairs to sit in at any of the 4 pools. Not a single chair. The next morning I was at the pool at 8 am, when it opened and people had already snuck in and started saving chairs. I don't blame them. This was not their fault it was the fault of the resort for not having enough chairs. There was plenty of room to put more. They gave us some story about new fire code rules - fire code at an outdoor pool? None the less, if they were going to greatly reduce the number of guests that could use the facilities then they needed to reduce the number of reservations they took. When you only have a 4 day vacation and are only going to sit by the pool, it kind of ruins your plans if you're sitting on the cement deck. Everyone was frustrated and complaining to management and the resort did nothing to remedy the problem. It was nice that you could get drinks and lunch food/ snacks at one of the pools and the servers there were friendly and attentive. I didn't realize there would be no housekeeping service the whole week. I expect this sometimes when I am using a timeshare but this was presented as a resort-hotel so I was expecting normal hotel service.

Resort is always good. However, this year there seemed to be a shortage of pool chairs which lead to an uncomfortable scenario where guests were competing for chairs. I found that surprising as it was left unmanaged by resort personnel.

Big rooms, terrible timeshare lecture
We stayed here and the hotel was about 3 star. Upon checking in Wayne at the front desk was kind, but he sent me to the concierge who tried to sell me on doing their tour. I went to the tour and it was absolutely horrible and he was extremely rude. It completely ruined my perception of Hilton and this gimmick they have running of being an owner. It was a complete joke and absolutely distasteful. They will end up being sued and the worst part as I went to leave and already over was there in a high car sales men like environment where they wanted to get her to upgrade. She herself told me she wishes she was never apart of being a Hilton Owner. The room looked like they half renovated and it was lipstick on a pig, but it was a big room which I appreciated. The kitchen cabinets were banged up and old, kitchen had dirty walls. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean.

Excellent value for price
Beautiful expansive resort with many amenities for our family to enjoy. We stayed in a 2 bedroom recently remodeled 1st floor unit which was very nice. My only complaint would be arriving and finding dirty dishes in the cabinets. I always re-wash all dishes anyway, but was alarmed to find dirty dishes put away as clean. Otherwise stay was perfect. Would definitely stay again. Was an excellent value (resort fee included). We took advantage of putt putt, ping pong, pickle ball, basketball, and 2 of the 4 pools we were aware of. Staff was professional, efficient, and welcoming and offered fun programming and entertainment daily. Kitchen had service for 8 and was stocked with pots, pans, baking dishes, measuring instruments, utensils. We also put the in room washer and dryer to good use as well. Room service was offered every 3rd day - but when we called for towels, they were replaced within 15 min - delivered to our door!

Not handicap accessible at all. Blantant lies.
It took 4 hours to get a chair for the shower. The room was supposed to be a three bedroom it was nit. The property transportation is not handicap accessible like they said. 6 handicap spots per over 100 rooms. Never brought extra coffee like i asked. Had to call 5 times the first night for things to get fixed. They lied about having room service. Never again will i stay there.

Nice relaxing resort with plenty to do
Conveniently located near Disney World. We had a two bedroom unit and it was perfect. There was plenty of space for 5 of us. The unit was nice, clean, and updated. We enjoyed the big pool too, there are several pools on property including two kiddie areas, the big pool with the cliff water fall was so fun to play in. There were also other activities on property to do like mini golf. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Fun and Safe Place to stay
Went to visit Disney and decided stay at Mystic Dunes. They are a very clean and secure condominium. They have a guards at the entry points. They facilities are fun they have great pools, a putt-putt course, a regular golf course, basketball court and many more things to do. Fun atmosphere daily activities. We would definitely like to stay there again.
