Lack of attention to detail
Traveling with our first newborn. One staff member was helping people check in rougly 5 people ahead if me so it took a little while. We Requested a crib when we booked the room we were told yes no problem, then again earlier in the day of arrival, again when we checked in and 2 more times after that before one made it up to our room. We had ine on standby in a car waiting outside for this exact reason, luckily they were able to provide it for us. Not sure if its standard but the fridge was unplugged and didnt realize this at first so luckily it was caught quickly. No one let us know about this. Overall very friendly staff but they weren't very organized and didnt execute their jobs very well.
