Arrived very late hoping for a nice comfortable room as I had stayed there before. My room had some ladies underwear left so felt it wasn’t cleaned properly. The staff were very apologetic and moved me to a new room. The property is a little tired but the beds are comfortable and breakfast is good.

A few things to fix, but overall, ok.
I like the location, but cleanliness was somewhat an issue this time as I walked bare feet in the room and my feet turned black. Also, it seems that there was some renovation and the lights where not working properly. We had to call for help to shut off 3 lights and nobody would know. Then we finally had to shut of the power of the entire room to be able to sleep.

Hotel muito bem localizado na Vila Olímpia, com destaque para o café da manhã, excepcional, com variedade e qualidade. Check-in e check-out rápidos e amistosos. Achei a suíte um pouco pequena (casal + criança) e o banheiro sem muita privacidade, pois o vaso sanitario fica localizado numa "casinha" ao lado da area se banho, com porta de vidro. O hotel possui academia e uma grande piscina. Nao usamos desta vez, mas nos pareceu muito bem cuidada. No mais tudo perfeito, recomendo pelos pontos positivos.
