Fridge in room was defrosting so there was water on the floor and the fridge was warm. We adjusted the control and it started to cool again.

Due for a renovation. Lighting on the staircase was very poor in the dark and stairs difficult to negotiate. My wife tripped and fell and the property is leaving itself open to litigation. I would recommend that this is attended to immediately as it will result in problems in the future. New pillows are required.

Caught in floods and secured a room at the grand. Basic room as expected. Staff at pub were great, gave us the keys early so we could settle in and wait out the rain.
