The staff were the best part of this facility. They were all very nice, charming, and accommodating. It's a quick cab ride from the train station. It's only a 15-min walk from the hotel to the historical center. The hotel staff called a cab when returning to the train station, which was very smooth and stress-free. We would stay there again.

Unfortunately the Hotel was not in good shape. The patio outside the hotel seemed like unfinished and swith some small plastic plants on the gardem tables. The hotel itself is comfortable and good equipped and very close to the OLD TOWN by walking.

The hotel is well located but the room is small and dusty. They did the cleaning everyday but I guessed just the flooring and arranged the bed but dusting never. Staff are good. Not worth the rating as 4 stars for me 😞

Overall it was fine. When I first saw it on the river I thought that would be cool. But it is behind the highway. Not so cool. Parking garage was a wee bit tight getting into and out of but it was nice having parking! We still walked everywhere. Nice town. This location would probably be nicer in the summer with activities on the warf

Stayed one night in June 2024 on vacation. Nice location by the river (Seine), albeit not exactly by the water. Could still see the river from the room window. At a busy street but traffic did not bother us (2nd floor). Public transit options near the hotel. Very nice, tidy, and modern room. Fairly small room but was not a problem on a one night stay. Hotel was apparently going through a renovation: still some work going on (in June) but did not distrub us (no noise etc.) Parking at additional cost in the access-controlled garage (pretty tight corners as there often are in parking garages in France). Good value for money. Decent breakfast. Would stay again.

Séjour à Rouen

L'hotel est proche fu centre ville et possède un parking au prix dd 10€. La chambre est assez spacieuse, idem pour la salle de bain et le pdj est correct. Point négatif, la décoration de la chambre inexistante (c'est triste) et l'éclairage dans la salle de bain trop faible, c'est vraiment sombre et donc pas très pratique.

Déception, malgré un bâtiment magnifique

Accueil correct, déception pour l'emplacement de la chambre avec vue parking, pont et routes. Problèmes acoustiques et d'odeurs dans la chambre, propreté à revoir dans la salle de bain. Repas correct mais déception sur la fraicheur de la salade verte (sale et défraichie) et la qualité du petit déjeuner (viennoiseries et pains décongelés, fromages emballés, salade de fruits industrielle...)

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Durchgangsstrasse und an der Abfahrt einer Brücke. Der Parkplatz am Haus war voll und man hat sich überhaupt nicht bemüht, uns weiterzuhelfen.
