房間很大，不過比較舊，尚可接受。但checkin時已過下午2:00，但還要等40分鐘才有房，這點有待改善。頂樓泳池超舒服。

特色房近按摩池去游泳池是方便的，但簷頂在下大雨時，雨打下的聲音很大，入夜睡眠會被吵醒!! 房內廁所及吧台很多小蟻仔!!

酒店環境非常方便，落街左邊直行到芭東沙灘，右轉又係夜市，距離附近幾個大商場都好近，晚晚落街都可以行轉BigC Market. 可惜我訂的是city view 房間， 最後竟是成個露台貼正大廈牆。酒店餐廳不時出現小昆蟲，可幸房間未見過有。

房間整潔，步行三分鐘到沙灘、八分鐘到江西冷商場，地點一流，員工熱情有禮，Kidsclub 比較多設施，小孩很喜歡，泳池不是很大，但另外有個天台泳池服務至晚上十點，餐廳價格合理，傍邊有個夜市食品很有風味。

Patong Beach, Phuket
Swissotel Ressort Hotel provided comfortable environment during my stays where located in an excellent position near Patong Beach with just 2-3 minutes walk distance. I really enjoy the Thai food in its restaurant and the heartfelt and hospitality service. Cleanliness and the staff performance are excellent. It is really a 5 stars hotel rating.

非常方便適合一家老小
未入住已經用email 聯絡，回覆迅速。到達後，櫃檯員工要我們等15分鐘。見我們帶小朋友，就邀請我們上貴賓室休息。服務周到。 酒店有兩個泳池，有兒童遊戲室，5分鐘到達沙灘，酒店後面hard rock cafe同O top market。15分鐘大型商場Robison Big c.非常方便

The hotel is only 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. The hotel staff are helpful. They managed to send quickly a card and a small cake to my mum after I told them the next day was her birthday.

Excellent service, part of Accolade hospitality group, is a sure bet of value trusted service; smiles were abundance everywhere, everyone are very helpful and you even get birthday cake and song of reception of greetings as I saw with pre-request ahead to surprise your companion. The room is good, bedsheets and towels are clean; air condition is good, fridge is cold, tv is ok with reception and channels. The only thing are shower pressure is a bit weak, there are ants on 7th floor by the pool and a few sipped in the room that got my attention. A little pesticide will do the job; there’s handyman at work regularly as I saw to maintain the quality of each room, so all in all, with convenience to the beach and shopping and eating, I will come back any time. There’s hard rock and holiday inn next door, hooters by the corner, what more can you ask for. The concierge was very helpful with umbrellas and taxi service to airport and guidances; the breakfast was excellent, a must try with value and service. The doormen and bell boy was very helpful also, well job by Accolade with training and hotel management. Keep up the good work! The reception drink was alright but can improve certainly with better assistance on mix. Next time in Patong, I will come back for sure!

Lack of facilities as a resort
As a resort, the facilities for holiday were not attractive. The swimming pools were small and not providing a relax environment. I found a cockroach inside the room that was scary. The air conditioning made the room very humid when the temperature adjusted to 25 degree. I appreciated the attitude of the staff, they were really helpful with good attitude at anytime.

Helpful staff
Since my family is late check in, the location of the room is not good. They still willing to help them to change the room when there is free room ready. I am not going there with my family. We just communicate through the Email. I can still get the sincere from them. All staff is helpful.

訂了pool access去到話無房
訂了4晚pool access , check in 時說pool access已無晒房，4晚都安排唔到pool access. 當初訂呢間係因為pool access, 如果無pool access根本唔會訂呢間。但訂房時已比錢又無得退，唯有就範。所以第一感覺已好差！ 房間唔乾淨 多塵 感覺似好耐無抹地。尤其窗廉布 hi到都已經成手灰。 執房每日都比100銖泰幣，但廁所沖涼液洗頭液棉花棒都唔同我refill。兒童遊戲室好一般，玩具好污糟。 不過酒店好處係位置方便 出酒店轉左就係沙灘，轉右就好多野食同可以行街shopping ，但去Jungcylon要行15-20分鐘。同埋泳池幾靚。 不會考慮再次入住！
