This was our second time staying here, and once again, it did not disappoint! From fun events to a welcoming atmosphere, it’s a great place to stay in Park City with a great location. Christina at the front desk was especially wonderful—so kind, accommodating, and genuinely went out of her way to help us and other guests. Highly recommend if you’re visiting the area!

Everybody went above and beyond to help me out the bed was super comfortable. The jets in the bathtub were very relaxing for a spa bath very close proximity to the Slopes ski valet makes it easy to store skis. I would gladly stay here every time I visit.

Our room was in a great location to see the drone show and fireworks. Bed was very comfortable. Not sure why the shampoo in the bathroom is provided as it doesn’t lather at all. Extremely low budget. Parking stalls are too small for most cars. Overall this is a good property.

Stay here, it's great.

Last min situation required our staying in Park City for the night. I randomly picked the Sundial as it was closest, and I'm glad I did. The room was beautiful, had a fireplace, washer/dryer, sink, fridge, etc. Bed was very big and comfortable. Wish we would have had a few more nights here. Will 100% stay again.

The Canyons Village overall is a nice place with everything right within walking distance. The Sundial Resort would not be my choice to stay again. The pictures were deceiving as the rooms were run down and the pool was mini. Not what it appeared to be. The staff was in their own world. Not readily available. Notified to hotel about the cleanliness of the room, fingernails in the bathroom and a leaky toilet. They didn't offer any solutions or remedies. Housekeeping or the facilities team didn't even fix the water issue.

This is the second time I have been unhappy with hotels.com. I’ve had to pay additional fees upon arrival. Once with a pet and once with parking. I feel those should be disclosed at the reservation. It would have made a difference on my decision to stay.

Dated Hotel, Understaffed but They Are Trying

PROS: it’s a ski resort, basically a cluster of condos that a managed as hotels in one spot, gorgeous views, mountains, a few restaurants within walking distance; clean room, comfortable bed, decent bathroom, coffee machine with ground coffee, back patio; CONS: the building is dated, lots of worn out stuff (ex: window blinds etc.); they don’t tell you upfront that there is no staff after 10pm and your check-in would take over an hour; if you got there late, feeling tired and want to just get into your room and relax, good luck with that! Some heads up would have be nice! I would have picked a different hotel then and not wasted my time like this. However, they did send someone to do the room inspection and check me in, but it took a while. Also, they were apologizing in the morning. So, net-net an ok stay at this hotel, but wouldn’t come back here.

Parking... Poor job

Price was best out of all surrounding Hotels. Clerk couldn't find my reservation, Made me go through a ton of emails. She then said "oh Wade.." and saw it on her screen 15 minutes later. Was very upset with the $25 a night to park. Seemed like such a money grab. Parking spaces are extremely tight and was issued a ticket for parking on the line. I drive a truck and it was extremely difficult to fit in a space and be able to open the door. Didn't like that the top tub on the roof closed so early either

Great condo in a beautiful area

The property was phenomenal. I would just discourage anyone from going to Park city on a weekend this time of year. All the stores and restaurants were shut down since it is off-season.
