Won't stay here again & definitely won't recommend

I am currently disabled and unable to bear full weight; at check in I entered with crutches, therefore clearly needing of a room that is near the wheelchair ramp. The clerk, aware I was checking in alone, put me in a room in the very middle of the building. I had to figure out how to get myself and my stuff in the room. No help was offered. The room was very dirty, with filth on the walls and base board. The table, chairs and refrigerator were sticky.

Dirty

Staff was incredibly friendly but hotel was very dirty and run down. When I arrived I went to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies for my bathroom. Tub bottom was literally black and there was urine all over the toilet seat. Bed was like sleeping on a rock. Close to the venue I was at but overall would never go back again.

I guess the statement, you get what you pay for is true when dealing with this place .. The owner should be ashamed and Sonesta as well for having their names associated. Dirty linens and wash cloths that looked like they were used to clean a car..

This is a budget motel so don't expect the finest of stays. Employees were personable and housekeeping bangs on the door every day at 11am to see if you need anything. If all you need is a bed and a shower this will do. Outdated and definitely in need of an update. Floors were dirty, it looked like they mopped without sweeping first. Animal hair in the corners and still on the floor. Bathroom was functional, the shower handles and sprayer were loose from the wall. Persistent cat piss and cigarette odar in the room. Thin walls so earplugs were necessary. Shower shoes and house slippers got me through the stay. I didn't see any bugs and it was a place to sleep and shower. No sense in complaining, you get what you pay for and I didn't want to spend much for the stay. It'll do for the bare minimum if that's all you need.
