Resort incrível para ter uma segunda lua de mel, ou quem está de namoro novo, só adultos é ótimo. Mas não tem balada e agitação. É voltado ao romantismo mesmo. Ele é um dos mais longes das praias e pouco frequentado por brasileiros. Para quem quer a proposta a 2, vá de olhos fechados. Tudo lindo maravilhoso atendimento bebida comida. Perfeito.

First All Inclusive

This was our summer vacation. Never been to N all inclusive. We upgraded to club level on recommendation by some friends that have been to similar places. We thought we would benefit from this but really didn’t for the extra cost. It did give you a separate pool, lounge, restaurant (with a bit of an upgrade from the others), beach area and special Checkin. They never he led to see if we belonged at the pool or beach area. Did check at lounge and restaurant. Checkin did not matter as resort was not busy at time. With all said, recommend to check and see if it is a busy part of season and if not, the club level not really worth it. Also check in and see if it is during their stormy season. The sea moss coming on shore was so much that you could not get in the water. Overall experience, food, amenities was great. No complaints. All staff very friendly and accommodating. Place was clean.

Gorgeous resort! The only thing that would’ve made it 5- is for there to better food choices. Also - I thought because this was a resort that they would keep the scammers away but I think they are allowed. No resort workers stopped it from happening. We only got scammed for $20 (because it was all I had). A young couple on the beach were scammed for $125😳.

I liked all drinks and meals included. The food wasn’t 5 star dining but it was very good. The room was clean everyday and the refrigerator was stocked almost full daily. I didn’t like room service you never knew how long you had to wait for your food. I wish there was more access to drinking water after hours. The fridge was stocked with water daily but after 20:00 everything is closed and you have to drink tap water. That was my biggest complaint. The staff was all friendly and helpful but I felt the need to tip more than I thought I would. It says gratuities are included so it’s not necessary but I’m sure it’s appreciated. There was a language barrier sometimes but they speak better English than I do Spanish so I can’t complain about that. I wasn’t a big fan of the ocean front room. You couldn’t leave your windows open because there was a huge pool outside between the rooms and the beach. It would have been a better investment to stay in the garden view rooms for a cheaper price.

The resort’s decor is exceptional. The restaurants are very good. The beach and pools are superbly maintained. All the staff were super polite and accommodating. We will definitely come back and will recommend to family and friends.

The actual resort and beach are was very tranquil and friendly staff. No one was on the beach trying to sale excursions ect… so that was a plus. The one thing we didn’t like was that our pillows had a very strong wet smell. The food is ok not very traditional Dominican food the restaurant food was better than the buffet food.

The staff absolutely pamper you and go out of the way to make you comfortable. The restaurants are top notch with Chez Isabelle at the top spot in my opinion. The nightly entertainment was fun and lively, daytime activities have options for everyone. I will definitely be visiting other Excellence resorts in the future.

Great staff!!! Awesome food! Quiet beach and pool area which we really enjoyed. Beautiful garden for evening walks. This is the place where you can really rest and restore yourself. Definitely recommend to couples who love and appreciate nature and beauty!
