miranda, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

The cabin we stayed in very nice. It was rustic. The cabin was clean and warm (we stayed in the winter). The kitchenette had everything we needed for breakfast and heat up dinner. The only improvements that we would recommend is a new mattress, a thin (limited room) night stand by the bed for a CPAP, and some extra shelves in the bathroom. Overall, the cabin was quite nice.

Beautiful location. Excellent little kitchen. Love having this whole cabin to ourselves. The shower situation is a little challenging as we are tall people, but otherwise it was perfect.
Emily, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

We loved staying here! It felt very removed from the crowds in Banff and Lake Louise, but was in a location that made it easy to get to those places! We loved having a full kitchen to cook breakfast and dinner for our families. The views of Castle Mountain from the cabins were amazing, especially seeing the sunrises!
Sarah, 2-night trip

Magic.

What can I say.... Incredible location. The view on Castle mountain is magic. Easy access to a few trails with waterfalls . Super friendly staff.
Dominique, 7-night trip

6/10 Good

Hotel is ok. burns in the couches. Very outdated furniture and the pull out couch was barely sleepable. Staff was very nice. Great location for Johnston canyon & Lake Louise.
Rodney, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

We love trains and this history of the railways It was so lovely to watch the amazing miles long trains go by from our backyard
Margo, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

We loved having the cabin to ourselves and being able to bring the dogs along for the adventure. Very clean, cozy and had more space than I expected. The train didn't bother us at all. Will definitely be back.
