The hotel and room was clean. The front desk clerk was really nice. However, we had to wait for bed linens and for more pool towels. The very cold pool stated it was 4 feet deep, but apparently there was maybe 3 feet in it. This error sent one of our family members to the ER. Breakfast was good, checkout was easy.

Everything was okay we fell asleep around 11pm. At 1am the phone weirdly kept going off and then we seen a bug on the bed, didn’t think it was anything bad but today we experienced a huge mark on the arm and a huge swollen finger. Staff didn’t do anything about it.

It was good. Was just on a short family get away with kids. Room was good, beds comfy. Offered breakfast, waffle maker was out of order ( of course that’s what kids wanted) but other than that was decent. Liked that they had a cappuccino machine as an option.
