The hotel was nice and the frontdesk people were very friendly. Only concern was the late breakfast on Saturday. Didn't start until 7AM and we had very early commitments. Also the TV service was out all of Saturday night and Sunday morning. Somewhat disappointing.

The front desk and all employees working the front desk on 03/29/2025 after 3pm was rude. They don’t know how to talk to people they had very smart mouths. All kiss and their families were kicked out the pool because the kids were being playful too much for the staff. Also be come someone came in with a drink the was not in the pool they forced EVERYONE out. When it should have been only the person that had the drink.

The pool was cooler than we like, which is a big reason we stay at hotels with pools. My 3 kids always want to swim but it didn't last long. Breakfast had a lot of options but the oatmeal was not very good and the eggs were extremely runny.

When I booked the room i was told it was close to Rock and Roll Hall of fame. Its 30 minutes away. The hotel itself was great, just not the location that i was informed.

My stay at the springhill was very pleasant in the beginning. I was checked in by a blonde hair woman names Vicki and she was absolutely nothing short of Amazing ans wonderful. Very sweet and accommodating. HOWEVER, on my 2nd night stay i had the dissatisfaction of meeting Lynn. I wasnt watching my phone closesly while in the pool and stayed 5mins over in the hot tube. She rudely came into the pool area with fustration to inform me the pool was closed and i needed to get out. I didnt put to much care in it because i should have been more time aware however i feel like her apporach could have been alot better. Then next morning i come down to get breakfast while heating up my car. I see the lights are turned off by the breakfast area. LYNN tells me that breakfast starts at 7am on weekends. I asked about the breakfast i had yest morning at 6am and she stated a team requested an early breakfast start so they were able to accommodate that. I am a RN an have to clock in at 7am. So i could aee they already had the oatmeal toppings out. I asked LYNN if she mind if i took some toppings to make a trail mix. She exhaled loudly "i mean I guess" ... as im getting the toppings she began to gossip w another employee about how i could clearly see the lights were out and should have common sense to know better. She made other remarks As a travel nurse this place was comfortable, BUT i will personally take my money else where an gladly pay double to not have to deal w people like LYNN again

Staff was nice, hotel was cleam, room was clean, spacious & comfortable. The continental breakfast was hot & decent & the pool /jacuzzi was an enjoyable treat. i hadnt been to this hotel in years but my stay was just as enjoyable as the previous times. thank you me & my family will be back.

We didn't use the pool area, so I can't comment on it, but we really appreciated the spaciousness of our two bed w/ couch suite. Three adults were able to have our own space. A delight. Staff was always able and willing to help. Breakfast was delicious.
