The beds were sunken, the pool was closed, the chair and sofa in the room were stained, the sheets were stained, there was hair in the shower, and we didn't have a trash can. This hotel desperately needs updated everything, especially the furniture.

All in all nice hotel in gods location, jacuzzi was great and hot, shower could be hotter. Rooms had smart TVs but were not connected to internet and the floors in the living area near kitchen could’ve been swept better.

Rooms are fine, but there are some things that are in disrepair such as the treadmill in the exercise room, jacuzzi, and laundry room out of order.

not impressed
Room only got cleaned twice. Dirty microwave was without a glass plate. Breakfast was mediocre and coffee was bitter. Homeless man sleeping below my window. I was never so happy to be on the second floor where he could not just climb through the window.

Not a great stay
This hotels room reeked of smoke which sent my allergies into full force, it says nonsmoking. The hallway smelled of urine especially the first floor. The breakfast was definitely not anything to write home about, the eggs looked under cooked as well as the sausage. Beds were very uncomfortable, not enough pillows. I can say the hotel desk people were very nice.

Should have been refunded.
I woke up early to make sure I was ready for my appointment, however when I went to take a shower there wasn’t a k look ever to even pull t have a shower. Went to lobby desk clerk and was advised that he doesn’t handle that the maintenance department does and he would put in a ticket. But May take 4-6?weeks to be fixed. Didn’t offer any compensation whatsoever other than give me a different room. And lastly sent me to the wrong room number. Also there was several people in the lobby just for internet purposes not guests Hence terrible internet service.

Upset
My stay here was criticized a lot because of how much I extended my stay. I always stay at this hotel when I am in town, but this time was absolutely god awful. The people up front were rude, every time I asked to speak to a manager they refused and told me I could just leave the hotel, and all this stuff.

Loud construction noises in first room. Sink didn't work.
Second room looked better. One of two sinks was broken. One TV didn't work at all. Bedroom TV was stuck on spanish and wouldn't change stations or bring up a menu so was unworkable.

Thats methed up!
Two of our 4 rooms had stained sheets. The night clerk was not helpful, courteous or trained in customer service. Pretty sure he was under the influence & the others with me felt the same! Breakfast was ok, but they need a 2nd waffle iron because we waited 20ish minutes each. The clerk said the. elevator was broken but people were using it that morning & he shouldve suggested that we drive around to to ground entrance vs forcing elderly to climb the stairs. When we checked in the clerk had a robot like attitude and was raising his voice at us. He kept trying to tell me that the card declined on a reservation when I was looking at the charge on my end. And then he kept telling us how awful the booking side we used was because he's had all this experience with them. Super frustrating and we spent probably 35 minutes in the lobby unnecessarily when we had traveled from Texas and most of us have been up for over 24 hours. When I requested something he told us he would repeat it in a condescending and sarcastic way. I've been in customer service a long time and you just don't talk to people that way when you're sober. That's a few of the people in our group have worked with people who were under the influence of illegal drugs, and we recognized a whole lot of signs! Just an overall bad experience when you deal with that and then arrive in your room and they're stain sheets or you have to wait half an hour to make a waffle. That size Hotel it should do things differently.

Dirty
We had a nice suite, but it was dirty. We asked if they could vacuum, which they did, but still left crumbs. Bought disinfecting wipes and spray for the bathroom and rooms. The bathroom sink had toothpaste? from whoever stayed before. Liked the room, but not the dirt.
