Stairs?!?*!

Overall, a positive experience with two exceptions. I have difficulty with asthma and with my knees, my room was on the third floor and the elevator was out of service. I made the 10 minute climb and survived. The vending machine at the end of the hall took my money but did not give me my snickers bar, and no cold beverages available. Otherwise, clean, quiet, comfortable, great breakfast and pleasant staff.

Business hotel, convenient, great staff

Typical business hotel. Ask for a room on the back side as the highway is noisy on the front. On the back you hear the GO train but that is better than the constant drone of traffic. Rooms are updated, clean and comfortable. Staff is lovely and receptive. We asked to change rooms due to the traffic noise and were upgraded to a lovely suite. Basic breakfast included with accommodation.

Hello We had an amazing stay. The only issue is the lady the first evening, during our first night stay that was not able to help. For some reason my room was booked three times by me. It was prepaid and she wasn’t able to find it and didn’t want to give us our room. My spouse re-reserved the room and we fixed the other two night’s stay with the lady the next morning who was able to retrieve my prepaid booking and we kept the same room :) I have been booking with Best Western for about 10 years now… I will be back in May and am hoping for a better welcome. Thank you again

Overall the stay was good

Comfortable stay

We enjoyed our stay in this place. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Location is convenient and staff are friendly. Pool was under renovation during our stay but we were notified ahead of our trip by the manager. Will come back again. There is a big pet store right next to the hotel which I like.
