The property was clean, but looks well used and in need of a good remodel. It recently changed ownership, and in the transition they lost our reservation, even though we had prepaid through Expedia. We ended up having to pay for the room again. Then had to contact Expedia for a refund.

my original reservation was cancelled and you, Hotels.com did not notify me. I called a few days early and was able to get a room on my own. I tried to get an actual person to call me or email me as I gave the "chat" person both when asked. I didn't get good customer service from your site.

The sheets were clean. The bedding on top needs cleaned or replaced. The receptionist that checked us in was rude and offered no help working through a problem they had between the hotel and Expedia.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast was just OK. Conditions throughout hotel (inside and out) were very rundown, A "Palm" tree in breakfast artea that was suppose to display fresh fruit was VERY DIRTY. Handicapped room had no room to navigate wheelchair.

The tub filled w/ h2o when showering and was disgusting. Brfst offerings were meager and unappealing. Coffee was undrinkable. Staff was friendly and bed was ok—those are the good points. Also, No wifi. Only reason to stay there is it’s better than sleeping in your vehicle. Highly DON’T recommend.

i had to leave the overhead lights on to run my PAP machine, after two applications of foaming bubbles i was still afraid to get into the shower. i expected a Travel Lodge to be well worn. But this was an abomination. i should have slept in my car, and will before i ever again stay at a TL! the only semi-redeeming quality was that the mattress was firm.

Staff was happy and very helpful, they gave me milk at 1 am for free for my daughters bottle. Their breakfast was good. Every thing was clean. They had a crib waiting for us like we asked when we called ahead. Highly recommend the price is great!
