We have stayed at the Hotel 1200 a few times and it has always been very good. The staff are always helpful and friendly and the rooms are very clean. Parking can be kind of tough sometimes but that's expected in Brooklyn.

Nothing fancy, but a good value for Brooklyn. Helpful, friendly staff and convenient location, though be aware that it is by a train line.

Easy check-in and check-out. Lobby is clean and open, and the room was clean and well maintained (didn’t look too worn). I wish the pillows were a little bit thicker and wish that there was more than one blanket, or at least a thicker blanket provided per bed, but otherwise beds were comfortable and the double queen room was a good size for four. Shower and bathroom were quite nice. Good value and very convenient location. I would definitely stay here again.
真實評價

2/10 欠佳

Terrible hotel. Unfriendly and unhelp staff, hair and dirt in the bathroom sinks, rust or old blood stains on the carpet. Overpriced and bad area.
真實評價

10/10 完美

The gentlemen on the front desk team were very helpful, hotel is very clean and a nice space for a few days stay. There was some noise from the train, but if you play white noise in the room it would effectively drown it out- the most disruptive thing was really street noise more then the train. Overall I would stay here again though if I was in the area, based on the cost/comfort factor.

The staff was super helpful. The room was clean although the bathroom needed some additional attention in the corners of the floor. Not much in the way of amenities.

真實評價

6/10 不錯

The staff was friendly and reasonably available, no complaints here really. Room was okay, shower needed a comprehensive cleaning with new caulking to really look nice and clean. Room was not facing the elevated train but area is still loud with car, siren, and general street noise. I found it hard to sleep well there due to the noise. Location very convenient. It worked for what I needed but I don't need to stay there again.

I have 2 young kids and they put me in a room facing the J train... It felt like I was on the platform and kids had trouble sleeping. Those room need noise reduction windows.

2/10 欠佳

The hotel is located right above the subway tracks. The loud noise kept us up all night. Neighborhood was full of homeless people begging people for money. We could not finish our stay here due to the noise. The customer service was really poor as well. We are trying to get a hold of the management but they have not got back to us yet. We do not recommend this hotel.
