Everything was pretty good ,its just under constrution and some of the rooms smell from the pets thats allowed.

Room was not as clean as it should have been. The carpet was dirty and there was a bad odor in the room. Seemed to be under renovation which we were not aware of prior to booking. Furniture was very dated and worn.

Nice & clean. Would recommend to others. Great layout of the rooms

I Liked this place it was good to be at and it was clean other than renovations and the Staff was great, just the people staying Was Smoking in their rooms you could smell it out in the halls other than that is was a good place to stay, I would stay there again. Thank You

I requested a wake up call and no call came in. I had 3 girls that I had to get ready for a flight and if it wasn't for me being an early riser and an alarm on my cell phone I could have missed my flight.

Room and hallway smelled like smoke. Saw 3 roaches during our 3 day stay. Curtains were torn. Nice sized room.

Stores and restaurants were nearby. Beach wasn't too far from hotel. Housekeeping did great cleaning.

The staff there is nice. I believe they are trying to do a renovation of the place. I hope it’s true because the place is falling apart. Our room, the closet door/mirror was broken or off the slide. One of the light lamps is bent. The carpet in the whole ways are torn and looked dirty. Their key card does not work from the outside going into the building. I will not pay $157 again for just a night stay there.

The place is being refreshed, but it looks so bad they should not continue to be open until the refresh is complete. The carpeting was so worn I did not want to walk on it barefoot, the furniture was so worn I did not want to sit on it. It may have been clean, but it looked so bad that I didn't trust it to be clean. We did not stay. On a positive note, the clerk did not give me a hassle when i asked to check out with a full refund and she made the refund process quick and easy.

We had a last min stay in Wilmington NC. If we had known they were in a total renovation we would have never stayed there. The rooms are very outdated but the construction smells, noises and the fact that the hallways were littered with construction debrit made it appear that it was not well managed. To leave guests in a hotel with hallways with Drywall debrit and dust and adhesive smells made it a poor choice for us. We got up to go to breakfast as it is a suite and there was no hot breakfast. Coffee, yogurt and pre packaged pastries froma box on Fathers Day.
